On the same drive I was speaking of in my last post, this song came on the radio. I have heard it a hundred times before, but this was the first time that my heart and mind were open to hearing the words.
I was overwhelmed thinking that God, the Creator of heaven and earth, would love me enough to call me - His friend!
He is AMAZING!

This is a great song and speaks words straight from my heart....
who am I that God is mindful of me, that God loves me, that God thinks of me. How blessed my life is becuase He does love me.... unconditionally!

I'm here. We've just been busy. And, I'm trying not to "consume" myself with computer time. I found that I was spending more time on the computer than with my kiddos and the Lord. Had to re-focus. Know what I mean!?!
Are you by chance going to San Antonio in August for the Siesta Fiesta? I'm trying to get more info about it but no one has responded to me yet. Oh well. Maybe that's the Lord's way of saying I'm not suppose to be there.

Good choice. Last night when I posted my song, I came over here and posted on Dallas' Faithfulness and totally forgot about the song. Then I noticed that this is last week's song! And you're totally right, you can listen and like a song and not really be open to hearing the words and letting them soak and penetrate our mind and hearts, until you HEAR the message!
